WPF - Unable to create copy of template in Visual Studio

I'm trying to create a new template for COmboBox to edit its appearance. Googling around has led me to try and create a copy of the Control Template via VS designer or Properties window. However, the option to cerate a copy is greyed out: Have attached captures - any ideas?
