Hey guys, Is it possible to install a QNX kernel on an AVR microchip in order to implement a multitasking RTOS for my AT90USB162 AVR chip? If it's not, what other multitasking RTOS options are available that are compatible with AVR?

No, QNX is not compatible with AVR microcontrollers. Instead, consider using FreeRTOS, AVR-OS, which are all compatible with AVR microcontrollers like the AT90USB162.
