tpm 2.0 vanguard problem

when i try to launch valorant in crashes after launch and I get a message box with a title of VAN: RESTRICTION (posting video)

i was able to play the day before my secure boot is enabled riot support said "we dont know why this happened we will try to find the reason why this happened"and it been about 4 days and i still didnt get reply about this. maybe you guys had this problem before and know how to fix it (riot support banned my account and device after saying that even though i never used third party programs)
