Please need help

I tried to update Valorant but it told me "we couldn't install a required dependency" so I searched and I saw that I had to uninstall Valorant I followed the steps on the valorant support but to uninstall vanguard you have to close it except that when I try to delete the vanguard files it doesn't work telling me that it is open somewhere
