Error Code 62 (Edit: A temporary solution has been found. Use Cloudflare WARP - it's free and works)
I can't get past the loading screen after pressing play from the launcher. I've tried many things online that were meant to help but nothing has changed. Not sure what to do.

I have tried all of those
I heard people try switching from ethernet to wifi or vise versa and that worked, Iβm going to try rq bc Iβm having this issue too

so valorant works on my laptop but not my pc, error on my pc but none on laptop

1. game server
2. internet provider somehow fucked up

mine was broken yesterday too so it might take a bit longer
actually worked for me
tried and failed:
- uninstall and reinstall riot client, vanguard, and valorant
- reboot pc
- run as administrator
- change date&time settings
- turn off antivirus (couldnβt even open val while this was off, had to restart my pc after)
- turn off firewall
worked:
- unplug router for 2 mins and plug back in

Unplug and leave it unplugged for 1-2 minutes. Then plug it back in and restart pc/laptop

i found a fix for me
I would recommend switching from a private DNS to a public DNS. This will let the game choose the smoothest and most efficient connection route possible. There are two DNS connections you can try out - either Google or CloudFlare. Kindly try out both to see whether this improves the issue you're facing.
Windows
1. Hit the Windows key or click the Windows icon in your taskbar
2. Type "Settings"
3. Select "Network and Internet"
4. Select "Change adapter options"
5. Find your network adapter and select "Properties"
6. Select one of the following:
"Internet Protocol Version4 (TCP/IPv4)" and open Properties (recommended)
7. Go to the bottom of the menu and change "Obtain DNS server address automatically", to "Use the following DNS server addresses:"
8. Select one of the following public DNS servers to use:
Google DNS (Recomended)
β’ Primary: 8.8.8.8
β’ Alternative: 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare DNS (Use this if Google DNS fails)
β’ Primary: 1.1.1.1
β’ Alternative: 1.0.0.1
9. Save your changes by selecting "Ok"
10. Close all open web browsers and applications
11. Hit the Windows key

For everyone that's having issues with Error Code 62, I'd suggest you try Cloudflare VPN service called WARP https://one.one.one.one/ . There's been instances of routers dropping traffic because their router's IP reputation filter has Riot IP addresses in them. We are working with the different IP reputation providers to get this fixed, but in the mean time. WARP should be able to help you get around the issue.

What about Error code 185, Van 1067 etc that might fix the code 62 but other codes will pop up.
Im having trouble installing cloudflare every time I hit next and then finish nothing else happens

btw for anyone using the cloudflare thing - the connection might tweak out every once in a while and to fix it you can disconnect it and connect it from the hidden icon section in your task bar then reconnect it.

the connection is pretty buggy so its pretty hard to play
im getting random ping spikes for no reason and its affecting my gameplay so im just not gonna play for now
yes mine happnes like every 15 seconds or so
yeah mine used to be be avg 50 ping but now like 80-90
before the bug it was like 30ish ping without a vpn
