Error Code VAL 62 indicates that there's an issue with the game client connecting to the platform. This problem can sometimes affect multiple users simultaneously. 1. Restart the Riot Client: Close both VALORANT and the Riot Client completely, then relaunch them. 2. Reboot your PC: Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve the issue. 3. Check Riot Games’ server status: Ensure there are no ongoing server issues or maintenance that might be affecting connectivity. 4. Firewall/Antivirus Check: Make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't blocking VALORANT or the Riot Client. Allow them through if necessary. If the issue persists, you may want to wait for a bit in case it’s a temporary server problem on Riot's end.

yeah i have the same issue and all solutions doesn't work even the tracer to server solution doesn't help I would recommend switching from a private DNS to a public DNS. This will let the game choose the smoothest and most efficient connection route possible. There are two DNS connections you can try out - either Google or CloudFlare. Kindly try out both to see whether this improves the issue you're facing. Windows 1. Hit the Windows key or click the Windows icon in your taskbar 2. Type "Settings" 3. Select "Network and Internet" 4. Select "Change adapter options" 5. Find your network adapter and select "Properties" 6. Select one of the following: "Internet Protocol Version4 (TCP/IPv4)" and open Properties (recommended) 7. Go to the bottom of the menu and change "Obtain DNS server address automatically", to "Use the following DNS server addresses:" 8. Select one of the following public DNS servers to use: Google DNS (Recomended) • Primary: 8.8.8.8 • Alternative: 8.8.4.4 Cloudflare DNS (Use this if Google DNS fails) • Primary: 1.1.1.1 • Alternative: 1.0.0.1 9. Save your changes by selecting "Ok" 10. Close all open web browsers and applications 11. Hit the Windows key 12. Type "cmd" and press Enter 13. In the command prompt, type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter 14. Reboot your computer
