This issue may be related to your system's display settings or graphics card configuration. Here are some steps to troubleshoot: 1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date. Visit NVIDIA/AMD's official site for the latest version. 2. Monitor Refresh Rate: Ensure both monitors are set to their correct refresh rates. Go to Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings. 3. Disable Dynamic Refresh Rate: If your system supports it, disable G-Sync/FreeSync for VALORANT in your GPU Control Panel. 4. Set Primary Monitor: Ensure your main gaming monitor is set as the primary display. Go to Display Settings -> Select your primary monitor -> Make this my main display. 5. In-Game Settings: In VALORANT, ensure that fullscreen mode is enabled and the refresh rate matches your monitor's capability. 6. Riot Support: If none of these solutions work, please create a ticket on the Riot Games support site for further assistance.
