How to make dynamic input block on Whatsapp (Human Agent)

So the idea is i want to autodetect which input block that user will throw, i have try logic like on the picture but even on whatsapp it still need to fill out the text input so it cant be detect as empty if user sending file This become neccessary thing when i already connect to human agent function with chatwoot API inbox so as organic interaction beetween user and human agent the message should be dynamic so user can ask about their transaction screenshot etc.
