HttpDebugger
Is it possible to create an app like in C# like httpdebugger that is proxyless and can intercepts Urls with custom headers and responses. In simple word Auto Responder or Auto Replay.
I have tried lot of proxy based tutorials but It does not intercept Requests from Net apps.
Guide me where should I go, where should I hire some one for this task?

if youre talking about what i think it is then there is no way to do this without proxy since the http debugger IS the proxy youre connecting to

Yes it involves CA but it is proxless.
Fiddler is proxy based.
i mean i dont know anything about those tools i never rly got involved them
