False perma suspended

I've been perma suspended for "third-party services" I have never, EVER cheated. When I try to use the account recovery tool it doesn't work, when I try to open a ticket it says the page doesn't exist or has been moved. I have never been so mad at a game, ever. When I try the tool: When I try to open a ticket: Plus, It says league of legends when I have never even said anything about it being a league problem, which it isn't.
