I need you guys to all report this guy he kept saying N word hard r and other slurs in custom game whilst we were 1v1ing

the reason y i decided to post it here is because i didnt think he would get in trouble because we were in a custom match, i just wanted to make sure he gets what he deserves.
him and his buddy were spamming loud soundboards in vc in comp but i didnt mention that because i reported them for that, so it will probably get issued with
i also already made a report for the inside custom match behaviour in case
"Mass reports do not lead to automatic in game punishments. One report from a player holds the same weight as multiple reports for the same match."

also keep in mind that we can not report a user that we havent been in a match with (within the last 20 matches)
I thought the opposite because when moderators looking through reports they would find more of the same guy reported which would result in the person receiving punishment faster or longer/severe punishment

yes, but only people that actually have been in a match with this person can actively report them
