Pgs not fully working

Hey I'm having a trouble with standard pgs. My avatar ignores half the pokemon he sees, but sometimes he catch everything. I might believe it's because of a bad config and easily fixable. Ty

It's the same as mine. It's completely normal, sometimes you have to turn Go+ off and on or restart PoGo. Over time it just hangs
