In triangle ABZ, AZ^2 = AB^2 + BZ^2 - 2 (AB)(BZ) cos angle C
In triangle ACZ, AZ^2 = AC^2 + CZ^2 - 2(AC)(CZ) cos angle B
From triangle ABC, we figure out cos C and cos B
and BZ = 2000-CZ
AZ/sin C = ZC/sin (RAQ) and RQ/sin (RAQ) = AR/sin (AQR)
We can find angle PAQ using cosine rule and sin (PAQ) / PQ = sin (AQR)
No right angles anywhere though
That's fine, sine and cosine rules apply for all triangles

Are you stuck anywhere in the method?
The trigonometry isn't working out. I can tell there's a couple constructions required, but I'm not able to figure out which.
Tried the basics. Connecting midpoints, drawing medians, all of that
If you can try using a JEE style approach, then you'll find your answer by using some of the formulas from solutions of triangles
which are derived from the sine and cosine rule but make your life easier
If you're going with a purely geometrical approach then I'm not the best person to comment on that, olympiad-style geometry is not my strength

And I find geometry more comfortable because up till tenth grade, I was an ICSE student, and by Jove does ICSE love their geometry questions
