I think it's individual value but again I could be mistaken. I haven't covered this service in a really long time. You can check that out. Yeah, I see it. If you compare it to the average value, it seems like it is accurate. But if you see the individual values, they are way off. By a factor of 3% in the first one and then 2.5% on the second one. So yeah, by way off, I'm saying compared to C. So yeah, I don't think from that, from looking at this, it should not be the average. Because average could tell you a weird story.

the difference squared gives you std deviation ka concept (which is a more relevant idea you will learn in stats)
