They dont usually respond to emails on the weekend (from what ive noticed) and check your spam folders because after awhile my valorant things went to my spam folder
i did chek my spamer folder

Well on the weekends I found that they dont usually respond
Like when my account got hacked they didn't respond till monday
So it might be that
If you do have any proof of you using the account or anything make sure to add that to the ticket though
