This issue is likely related to Riot Vanguard, VALORANT's anti-cheat system, which sometimes requires a system restart to function properly, especially on new installations or new PCs. Here are a few steps to mitigate this ongoing restart requirement: 1. Reinstall Riot Vanguard: - Open Control Panel and go to "Programs and Features." - Find "Riot Vanguard," right-click and select "Uninstall." - Restart your PC manually. - Launch VALORANT; it should automatically reinstall Riot Vanguard. 2. Run VALORANT as Administrator: - Right-click the VALORANT shortcut. - Select "Run as administrator." 3. Check for Pending System Updates: - Go to Windows Update settings and ensure your system is fully up-to-date. 4. Verify Secure Boot and TPM: - These settings might need enabling. Follow the support articles: - Secure Boot/TPM issues - Windows 11 specific issues If the issue persists, consider submitting a ticket to Riot Games Support for further assistance.
