Any way to at least disable sound-notifications of messages? Or otherwise disable all chat?

You can disable sound notifications for chat messages in VALORANT by adjusting the settings in the game. Here's how:
1. Open the VALORANT client.

3. Navigate to the Audio tab.
4. Under Audio, look for the Voice Chat section. You can adjust the volume or mute notifications here.
