Banned cause my comp is slow
So, a few months ago I got banned from valorant for a year because I was loading in the game late. Is there any tips to get my comp to run faster in valorant?

to load into matches regularly, you will need a solid state drive (SSD)...

To improve your computer's performance in VALORANT and reduce loading times, try the following steps:
1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date.
2. Optimize In-Game Settings: Lower graphics settings in VALORANT to reduce the load on your hardware.
3. Close Background Applications: Terminate unnecessary background processes using Task Manager.
4. Increase Virtual Memory: Adjust your virtual memory settings in Windows to ensure sufficient swap space.
5. Defragment Your Hard Drive: If using an HDD, defrag it. If you have an SSD, ensure you have enough free space.
6. Add More RAM: Upgrading your system's RAM can significantly improve performance.
7. Reinstall VALORANT: A clean installation might help if there are corrupted files.
8. Clean Your PC: Physically clean dust from your PC's internals to prevent overheating and throttling.
You might also find additional guidance in the VALORANT Support guides. For more serious hardware upgrades or persistent issues, considering consulting with a professional.

I've done all of these 😦

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r
than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
Learn how to defragment:

Solid State Drives (SSD) and Hard Disk Drives (HDD) are data storage devices. SSDs are usually much smaller, thinner, and offer more storage volume, speed, and efficiency compared to HDDs.
your valorant is probably not installed on an SSD, which causes you to be banned for afking
I play on an external hardrive? Does that have somthing to do with the SSD and HHD's
