My Ticket reply dissapeared.

So I just replied to a riot games player support about 30 minutes ago. Initially when I just sent the reply, I got a green notification saying my reply was successfully submitted. However when I refreshed the webpage, my reply disappeared, but the time on the last update was still updated. I can't send a picture of the ticket content, but honestly, I really don't see my reply in the ticket. But the status of the ticket that was previously awaiting for my reply has changed to Open again.. Should I resend my reply or just keep waiting? I'm just afraid that my ticket will be closed because they think I didn't answer.
