What shoes and pants could I wear with this shirt?

I don't really like loafers (nor do I own any).

I honestly don't know how you are trying to style it but I personally would wear this shirt with some plain Chino or Suit pants and a suit Belt (or just a sophisticated leather belt).
Polos like these looks great when you tuck them in your pants, which is why I would choose a more of a subtle belt that has no branding nor any flashy colors (preferably black or brown). A few examples for a good belt are the Lloyd 1658 and the LLoyd NOS Belt.
With shoes I would suggest you to either get some black Chukka boots or derby shoes. If you rather want to stick to more casual shoes you can also take some plain black leather sneakers.
Overall, such Poloshirts will either make you look extremely mature or immature and young depending on how you style it. Therefore, it's always better to try to combine it with more sophisticated pieces because otherwise you will start to look very juvenile.
