question

Hello, we have a scheduled downtime to remove a machine and reinstall the entire operating system, and I see that there is a process running on it. I'm not sure what to do if I format the machine and reinstall the operating system. But of course, the running process will lose all data.

@Alex (KMI) if you are host you should have dedicated slack channel

I have a dedicated channel with 2 or 3 technicians from Runpod. I wrote to them 10 hours ago because I saw this coming and they still haven't responded, so I've decided to ask here since there will be more technicians.

If you could remove this thread and move to DM would be better

Well, since I haven't heard anything from the technicians and I already warned a week ago about the removal of the machine and data loss from reinstalling the system, I will stop it now as I had planned, and that's it. Client will lose its pod instance.

Most of the team has been moved to slack and discord is more like for community support

Our prívate chat group is on Discord. They haven't told us anything about joining Slack. Hello. We still haven't heard anything from Runpod.
