Black screen
I'm not sure if its a graphics card issue or a game issue, but the past week or so everytime I tab out and tab back in both of my monitors black screen. Sometimes its only for half a second but other times it seems to last for 5-10 seconds. I play on windowed fullscreen. Is anyone else having this issue?

Try playing on full screen
Also make sure that your resolution and refresh rate are the same as the one in the windows display settings
