false perm suspended and riot won't do shit
About a month ago my account was comprimised and got permanently suspended, after this I was able to work this out with no issues using riot's support. However recently, after playing the game normally since this incident, I logged on to see, "Permanent Suspension," this popup stated I had used prohibited third party software, the only software I've used is valorant tracker and custom curve. Due to these circumstances I have determined that my account most likely got caught in a banwave or a false detection occured with vanguard. I have reached out to support several times with all of those tickets being closed almost instantly, it's like they aren't even reading what I'm saying. I'd appreciate any help regarding this issue.
