The errors you are encountering (VAN9001 and VAN9003) indicate the need to enable Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 in your BIOS settings. Here's how you can do it:
1. Restart your PC and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings:
- During the boot process, press the setup key (usually Esc, Del, F2, F10, or F12) to enter BIOS/UEFI. The exact key depends on your motherboard's manufacturer.
2. Enable TPM 2.0:
- In the BIOS menu, navigate to the security or advanced settings (the exact location can vary).
- Find the TPM option (it could also be listed as PTT on Intel systems).
- Enable TPM and save your changes.
3. Enable Secure Boot:
- In the BIOS settings, find the Boot section.
- Look for Secure Boot and enable it.
- Save your settings and exit the BIOS.
4. Save and Exit:
- After enabling both TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, save your settings and restart your PC.
5. Verify Settings:
- Ensure that Windows recognizes these changes by running
tpm.msc
in the Run dialog (Win + R) to verify TPM status.
For more detailed steps, consult your motherboard's manual or visit the manufacturer's website.
