Not Launching
I installed Valorant on a external hard drive and I tried running it, but it can't launch, I moved Riot to the same hard drive but the result is still the same, can anyone help? It keeps saying, Something Unusual Happened while trying to launch Valorant, I've tried all the reccomended steps and I'm lost. I think its because Vanguard is not in my System Tray, can someone help me fix this?

Running VALORANT from an external hard drive can sometimes cause issues, especially with Riot Vanguard. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure Vanguard is Installed Correctly:
- Uninstall Riot Vanguard through the Control Panel.
- Restart your computer.
- Launch VALORANT, and it should prompt you to reinstall Vanguard.
2. Check Vanguard Process:
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
to open Task Manager.
- Look for Vanguard
processes. If not present, Vanguard is not installed correctly.
3. Modify System Tray Settings:
- Go to Settings
> Personalization
> Taskbar
.
- Click on Select which icons appear on the taskbar
and enable Riot Vanguard.
4. Firewall and Antivirus:
- Ensure VALORANT and Vanguard are allowed through your firewall.
- Add them to any antivirus software exclusions.
5. Reinstall VALORANT:
- Move VALORANT back to your internal drive.
- Uninstall VALORANT and Riot Vanguard, then reinstall on the internal drive.
