Support said I had an outstanding balance
Support said I had an outstanding balance but I cannot see it from my billing, nor could I pay for it.

sounds like you just need to give it some time then, or if it takes a while/is urgent, I would billing ticket/respond on that ticket if you already have one open

Already did but they said that I had an outstanding balance that I need to pay but until now I can't find it on my account.
