How do I raise a support ticket?

I cannot interact with the Email Support button on the website, and I have received no response on Discord either. I submitted feedback a week ago here: https://discord.com/channels/912829806415085598/1243604870074732595 We are scheduled to go live in about a week, and the general lack of support is very concerning.

As mentioned in the other thread, its a community template not a RunPod one. RunPod can't provide you with support for a community template. The developer of the template needs to provide support, try to find the Github repo for it and log an issue there. Discord is for community support, log a ticket on the website if you want official support.
