Error 33 and 38 are related to issues with Vanguard, VALORANT's anti-cheat system. To try and resolve these crashes, follow these steps: 1. Reinstall Vanguard: - Uninstall Riot Vanguard through "Add or Remove Programs". - Restart your computer. - Launch VALORANT to prompt Vanguard to reinstall. 2. Update Graphics Drivers: - Ensure your GPU drivers are up to date by visiting the manufacturer’s website (NVIDIA, AMD, etc.). 3. Check for Background Software: - Close any unnecessary applications running in the background as some software might conflict with Vanguard. 4. Run as Administrator: - Right-click on VALORANT and select "Run as Administrator". 5. Whitelist VALORANT and Vanguard in Firewall/Antivirus: - Add VALORANT and Riot Vanguard to any whitelist configurations in your firewall or antivirus settings. 6. System Updates: - Ensure your Windows OS is fully updated. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider submitting a support ticket to Riot Games for further assistance: Riot Games Support.
