It sounds like you're facing loading and connection issues. Here are a few steps you can try:
1. Check Your System Requirements: Ensure your PC meets VALORANT's minimum system requirements.
2. Update Drivers: Make sure your graphics and network drivers are up to date.
3. Restart Devices: Restart your PC, modem, and router.
4. Disable Background Applications: Close unnecessary applications that might be using too much CPU or network resources.
5. Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Make sure VALORANT is allowed through your firewall and antivirus software. More details here.
6. Check Internet Connection: A stable and fast internet connection is crucial. Wired connections are generally more stable than Wi-Fi.
7. Reinstall Game and Vanguard: Uninstall and then reinstall VALORANT and Riot Vanguard.
8. Run as Admin: Try running VALORANT and the Riot Client as an administrator.
9. Set Affinity in Task Manager: In Task Manager, set the VALORANT process to use fewer CPU cores (ideally two).
If issues persist, you might want to visit the Riot Support page and submit a ticket: Riot Games support.

did you install val on a HDD?
This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r
than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
Learn how to defragment:

Solid State Drives (SSD) and Hard Disk Drives (HDD) are data storage devices. SSDs are usually much smaller, thinner, and offer more storage volume, speed, and efficiency compared to HDDs.
