Medic ping/notify

I cant find this feature in settings and i dont know how to activate/enable one playing as medic. Check screenshots. Tell me pls

this is a thing ?
I remember this thing was implemented since playtest and lasted few patches, then its gone after i took a break. Now im wondering where it is
call to help was removed iirc, to show that you're going to help someone as a medic simply press middle mouse button while aiming on a player you want to help
If this is true, then it is huge sadness, because this feature was useful for me personally. Now i forced to use the way you recommended. Thnx for reply
