Startup time latency
Hello Discord fellows!
I have a question for the Cloudflare team (or anyone here who've had a similar experience.
Our team is trying to implement a feature with Cloudflare Livestreams that let's our users access their live IP Cameras feed remotely. We've managed to implement Live Streams using the webrtc protocol and it's working correctly. Our only issue though, is that for each streaming "session" we create a fresh stream and ping the IP camera to start streaming the feed. The startup time between the camera start streaming and the client can see the first image is 10+ seconds. The subsequent playbacks start in less than 2.5s. My question for you is, is this expected ?
Can we do anything to reduce this startup latency ?
