Best way to retrieve Queue List within a CF worker?
I know there is a Queue API that you can fetch from a CF worker, but is there another way to do so?

To like get how many items in the queue? I don't think so: https://developers.cloudflare.com/queues/configuration/javascript-apis/, but the best place to ask and suggest in the team's #queues-beta channel, both for asking questions and feedback
