Error code 1315
when i try to add a specific website i get the message "The zone you are trying to upgrade is marked as Do Not Upgrade. Code 1315"

Update Cloudflare support has resolved my issue! For anyone dealing with 1315 error, it means that your account is locked for upgrade/purchase some security feature possibly from previous failed billing information. This has to be resolved once by support team.
judging from this community post you have to resolve this with billing supportTo contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

i sent a ticket 2 days ago but noone answering
4 days now, still no reply. Anyone can help? i need to publish the website for my client asap.
