I found other people with same or similar specs with me having the same problem and i already tried what they ara told to do, could anyone help me or have some tip?

Given your specs, the issue likely isn't due to insufficient hardware. Here are a few potential solutions to try:
1. Update Drivers: Ensure both your GPU and integrated graphics drivers are up to date. Visit the NVIDIA website for the latest GPU driver and Intel's site for the integrated graphics driver.
2. Game/Client Repair: Repair VALORANT and the Riot Client. Open the Riot Client, click on the profile icon, go to settings, and find the option to initiate a repair.
3. Disable Full-Screen Optimizations:
- Navigate to the VALORANT game executable file (usually in C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64).
- Right-click the .exe file, go to Properties > Compatibility, and check "Disable fullscreen optimizations."
4. Run as Administrator: Ensure VALORANT and the Riot Client are always run as administrator. You can set this in the compatibility settings of the respective executables.
5. Virtual Memory: Increase virtual memory (paging file) in Windows (Control Panel > System > Advanced system settings > Performance settings > Advanced > Virtual memory).
6. Background Apps: Close unnecessary background applications that could be causing conflicts.
If these steps don't work, it may be worth opening a ticket with Riot Support for more in-depth troubleshooting.
