VANGUARD CRASHING AFTER UPDATING DRIVERS

i play both valorant and league. whenever i launch either of these games, it crashes me with the following error codes: valorant error: van 1067 league error: van 185 i noticed that this issue started after updating the nvidia driver to version 555.85, and other people have had similar experiences after updating theirs. i have no clue on how to fix this.

Both VAN 1067 and VAN 185 errors are typically related to issues with the Vanguard anti-cheat system, and updating drivers can sometimes cause conflicts. Here are some steps to try and resolve the issue: 1. Revert the Driver Update: - If the problem started after updating the NVIDIA driver, you might want to revert to the previous version of the driver. - Go to Device Manager > Display Adapters > (Your GPU) > Driver tab > Roll Back Driver. 2. Reinstall Vanguard: - Uninstall Riot Vanguard. - Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program > Riot Vanguard. - Restart your computer. - Launch VALORANT, which will prompt Vanguard to reinstall. 3. Update Windows: - Ensure your Windows OS is fully up-to-date as sometimes driver updates rely on the latest OS patches. - Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates. 4. Check for Additional Conflicts: - Make sure no software running in the background is conflicting with Vanguard (e.g., antivirus programs). If the problem persists after these steps, you may need to reach out directly to Riot Support for more detailed assistance.
