Error code VAN 1067 typically indicates a Secure Boot issue. Secure Boot needs to be enabled for VALORANT to run properly. Here’s how your friend can fix it:
1. Enter BIOS/UEFI Setup:
- Restart the computer and press the BIOS/UEFI setup key (commonly F2, F10, DEL, or ESC, depending on the motherboard).
2. Enable Secure Boot:
- Once in BIOS/UEFI, find the Secure Boot option (usually under "Security" or "Boot" settings).
- Ensure that Secure Boot is enabled.
3. Save and Exit:
- Save the changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI.
4. Update Windows:
- Make sure Windows is updated to the latest version. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
