Heavy lag spikes on VALORANT

Hi, my power has gone out a total of 17 times since Friday, and I opened valorant yesterday, and I was lag spiking every second. In the range, I still get lag spikes, but they're less frequent and I'm running up to 300fps. In actual games, I lag spike about every 20 frames and I only run around 180fps. These lag spikes aren't happening anywhere but valorant, and I have reinstalled everything but to no avail. below is my framerate on valorant, and a picture of my monitor after an outage when opening valorant.
