idk why option (a) is incorrect, i also dont know the meaning of extrapolation. i tried going on google but they have just said that "it is not obtained by extrapolation" can someone help me with this

Extrapolation means predicting the expected value for example in debye huckels law i.e. $$\Lambda_M=\Lambda^{\circ}_M-b\sqrt{c}$$

We can say in conductometric titrations without having reached the equivalence point the nature of the graph by this extrapolation A and C are incorrect Also I think graph of A is wrong; i mean you cant infer anything from that

aah in general predicting by using existing trends. so if the trend is a straight line, it is easier to predict that it will continue to be a straight line outside the values noted down by us in a lab if it is a curved line (esp an exponential decay function or hyperbola) it is hard to know where it will touch the y axis
