double checking before I get these boots

Found these backzip, horsehide boots at a shop in Barcelona. Made in the South of Spain. The shop is nu sabates, but these have a vibram sole specially added, which is not available on their website. I think they're pretty cool, but has anyone had experience with this shop? They quoted me 540 euros, which seems reasonable for the quality of the leather.
