Should I study some outer stuff before going into this chapter cuz log and then suddenly [] brackets come (I checked the full book no explanation was given for this ) im really confused.

its pretty well written

looking through your messages, i'd recommend you following Mohit Tyagi sir's Basic Mathematics & Logarithm playlists, and complete it thoroughly. It's actually more than enough to set you up for the later stage. He solves many examples, and all the theory is more than enough for JEE Advanced. Also I'd recommend you to not take a long time to finish the Inequalities playlist, and finish it under 2-3 days. It can also be finished in one day if you have enough patience since the total playlist racks upto 6 hours of content (which you can reduce by increasing playback speed).
It's okay if you don't want to start with JEE all of a sudden, but this is the best headstart you can get for Maths and a smooth path for the other chapters that follow this, which are Logarithms, Quadratic Equations (or Theory of Equations), Sequence & Series, etc.
since you already seem to have the cengage books, i'd say solve the examples + questions after finishing the playlist since the book is quite messy and hard to follow if you are just starting your preparation.
just remember to be consistent throughout your preparation
bhai tumhe graphing skills abhi 11th mein itni chahiye bhi nahi, woh sab 12th mein kar lena kyuki calculus shuru hota hain, aur if tum abhi hi karliye toh 80% chance bhul jaoge 12th tak
mene toh functions, differentiation, graphical transformations 11th mein kar li thi aur 12th mein jaada tar bhul gaya kyuki 11th mein jyaada use hi nahi huya
ncert has very little content, it's barely enough for cbse exams themselves
ok bro but thoda sa seekh leta hu kinematics me bahut help krta
i meannn its not forbidden to do graphs in 11th, it's simply not recommended kyuki people most of the time dont understand it and yet try to finish it, wasting their time (im talking about graphical transformations, etc btw)
