Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Chess Coach to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chess, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group coaching sessions for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Analyze games and provide feedback to students.
- Organize and participate in chess events, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain records of students' progress and achievements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chess coach or trainer.
- Strong knowledge of chess strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- FIDE rating of Minimum 1400
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
