yeah if might be a known issue then where the flatpak installer doesn't have RPC

Flatpack is nice but sometimes they have problems
I was having weird issues with the flatpack version of steam as well
I download the deb from the discord website but I still am having the same issue
that's strange I'll look into it when I get some time
