Account got hacked
hi! my account got hacked and my email got changed and just now even my username and password. Sent in a support ticket and it’s even 12 hours. I prob have my credit card saved as well and I’m wondering why it is taking this long as it’s an emergency!

im pretty sure you cant change ur username
Then it’s my password prob
And I can’t access it even because my email was changed
Maybe you can go to the recover my account page and answer all the questions as necessary like og email, user, dob, which email to contact you w and stuff like that. If you fill it correctly it would send you an email to reset the password
I’ve tried it but it says the informations not enough and needs a ticket
What info are you missing?
well , is the gmail changed to @.ru or smth?
I got my account back today only , Submitted a ticket 3 days ago , got fixed by them
