I have a question
Does anyone know how shadow bans work is there a limit to how many you can get or how many until you get a real ban. if I'm safe playing on the real app whilst I wait for it to expire if I'm more at risk of being banned now.

A shadow ban lasts for 7 days during this 7 day period Pokémon’s will not appear but u will be able to spin the things and in order to not be detected and banned for 30 days I’d recommend Uninstalling the app and installing the official one to not be detected
So afrer shadow ban I should not ever install pgs back?
You could but it’s on your own risk it’s better off making an alt account and trading yourself all the pokemons from that account to ur main
