acc locked

In a year of playing i recieved some penalties
Ranked penalty, gameban and account locked. Now Most These times i had to leave mid game because dinner, sometimes my internet would lag and eventually kick me out of the game. I have the Access to the account still its my main account i texted support about this and they suggested password change. Now password change is suggested when u want to get your account back and not unlock it. Please help me with this problem.

the only way you can unlock your account is by asking support. however you will most likely not be unbanned since you left all the matches that lead to the suspension. even if it isnt directly your fault that your internet lags and kicks you out of the game you are responsible to fix it before you queue up another match, since every time you leave, your mates are forced to fight a 4v5.
again, just open another ticket and state the problem, you/they surely just mixed something up in the old one
