Yes, a very long domain name.

I found the DNS is correct, but the SSL certificate has not been generated. Is it because the domain name is too long?
I temporarily deployed the service to other platforms if the engineer needs to locate the problem. You can use this custom domain name cloudflare.looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.ong
Yes, I think it's because the domain name is too long. The "Common name" field of a certificate is limited to 64 characters. It's not actually necessary for the domain name to be the Common Name, but in practice it is.
I have switched certificate management to Google, and the issuance was successful. In addition, another deployment platform, using Let's Encrypt, also issued normally. I suspect it's a bug in Cloudflare. https://crt.sh/?q=loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.ong

Yeah, those certificates don't have the domain name in the commonName field, and Cloudflare's do, so that's the difference.
The same problem also exists with Netlify and Vercel, and I don't know how to give feedback to their engineers
