I have the same issue. @Theminiphobro Tried all the TS on the website of Riot and TS gave by the support Try this @Theminiphobro see you were having some issues while trying to play VALORANT. It must have been annoying not being able to enjoy the game. However, worry less. I'm here to cleanse your problems! As your supporter, I want you to enjoy the game. Please follow my guide! 📝 🔐 Run as Admin Let's check a setting to ensure we always run the game as Administrator. 1. Right click on the game shortcut 2. Select Properties 3. Check the box labelled "Run as Administrator" under the Compatibility tab and click apply. 🔐 Check Windows Update It's important that you have the latest WINDOWS UPDATES. The game is optimized to work best when on the latest version of Windows and updating can resolve a number of issues. You can update windows by doing the following: 1. Type Windows Update into your start menu search bar. 2. Run that app and click Check for updates. 3. Download and apply any pending updates. 4. Restart your computer. 🔐 Clean Reinstall at C drive Let's do a clean reinstall of VALORANT, Riot Vanguard (Anticheat), and the Riot Client altogether. This can help if there are any file or corruption issues causing trouble: • If you're having issues uninstalling Riot Vanguard, we have a helpful guide here (https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044648213-Uninstalling-Riot-Vanguard). • Go to your C:\Riot Games folder and delete the VALORANT and Riot Client folders. Just send them to the recycle bin and then empty the recycle bin. • Then enter %localappdata% into the top bar of File Explorer and delete the Riot Games folder & VALORANT folder. • Restart your computer. • Re download the game from here (https://playvalorant.com/en-gb/download/) & install the game accordingly in your C:\ drive • Launch the game again and see if your issues persist. You may need to restart your PC when prompted to finish reinstalling Riot Vanguard.
