Press win+r
Type msinfo32
Show ss
Restart your computer
And spam press the "F2” key during your computer loading to enter BIOS.
Go to Boot\CSM (Compatibility Support Module) and set "CSM" to "Disabled".
Enter the ‘Advanced’ Tab. Click on "CPU Configuration":
Click on "Security".
Click on "Intel Platform Trust Technology".
Set to ‘Enable’
Go to the Exit tab and select "Save changes and exit".
have u tried reinstalling
