game freezes

please help me, when i load in , it drops me into the tutorial and when i click on the app the screen freezes, I can hear the character jumping but the display just freezes, sometimes the screen goes black and I only see the hud, I've already done everything (transfer to ssd, restart, updates, I even went back to Windows 10 but nothing worked...)
