Connection Error during group party

A friend of mine is facing a issue during group party. The game closes with a connection error. When playing alone, it does not happen. Only when he is in a group party. Today we try to play the Premiere and he kept constantly lost connection. We tested play with him in pairs on the TDM, the problem does not show. Is someone having the same problem?
